We are pleased to announce that the 2nd EiPit Alumni Association General Meeting will be held on Sunday, November 29, 2026.
During the meeting, we will provide a report on the Alumni Association’s activities over the past year and discuss future plans and directions. A networking reception will also be held after the meeting for those who wish to participate. The meeting will be held in a hybrid format, allowing participation both in person and online. However, we would be delighted to welcome as many members as possible in person!

■ Date & Time: Sunday, November 29, 2026, 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
(A casual get-together is planned after the meeting for those who wish to attend.)

*Agenda items for the General Meeting will be shared with members approximately two weeks prior to the meeting. Regular Members (those who have paid their membership fees) will be given an opportunity to submit comments or proposals regarding the agenda items. Further details will be provided when the agenda is distributed.

*If a Regular Member is unable to attend, resolutions adopted at the General Meeting will be regarded as approved by proxy on the member’s behalf. Members who cannot attend are still encouraged to share any comments or requests through the registration form.
