About Media Inquiries
Eikei University of Hiroshima welcomes media inquiries and interview requests from members of the press.
To help us respond smoothly to your request, please contact us by email with the purpose and content of the interview, the person or department you wish to interview, your preferred date and time, the number of visitors, your contact information, and the name of the person in charge.
If you already have materials that explain the purpose or content of the interview, such as a proposal or reference documents, you may attach them to your email.
After reviewing the details of your request, a member of the Public Relations Office or the relevant department will contact you regarding whether the interview can be arranged.
Please note:
It may take some time from the submission of your request to approval.
If your request is urgent, please also contact us by phone.
We are unable to respond to inquiries regarding the personal information of current students, alumni, faculty, or staff.
