On Tuesday, June 30, 2026, the presentation session by our buddy students was held at our university.

Since last academic year, our university has launched a “Buddy Program,” in which newly enrolled international students are paired with Japanese students (including international students with experience living in Japan) to engage in language exchange, support international students in their daily lives in Japan, and promote cross-cultural exchange.

During the session, the representative buddy pairs gave a presentation introducing the Buddy Program itself, as well as sharing their experiences and what they learned through their buddy activities.

The interaction extended beyond the buddies themselves to include their friends, fostering stronger connections throughout the entire group. The Buddy Program offers students a chance to share diverse experiences and create lasting memories, contributing to more fulfilling university life.

We hope that our Buddy Program will continue to grow and create even more active connections and exchanges among students in the future.
