My Learning

Exploring Business & Technology in an International, Flexible Environment

I chose Eikei University of Hiroshima for three main reasons: its English-taught program, curriculum flexibility, and inspiring location. Even with a JLPT N2 qualification, studying in English allows me to maximize my academic potential without language barriers.

Additionally, the flexible curriculum gave me the freedom to explore introductory courses across diverse fields—such as business and computer science—before narrowing down my path. Moving from Tokyo to Hiroshima also provided a comfortable environment in a peaceful, modern city that resonates with my values.

Key Classes & Practical Insights

The class that influenced me the most was Management Strategy and Organization Theory. Through this course, I mastered fundamental business concepts and frameworks like SWOT analysis, the VRIO framework, and methods for idea generation and shaping.

A standout experience was learning the art of pitching. Initially, organizing my thoughts into a concise and persuasive pitch was challenging, as I had never communicated ideas in this way before. Through practice, I realized the power of effective communication and structured presentations. This process helped me reflect on my strengths and clarified the professional skills I want to cultivate for the future.

Balancing Academic Excellence and Extracurricular Leadership

Academics is the core focus of my university life. In my first year, I concentrated fully on taking a wide range of courses. In my second year, while keeping academics as my top priority, I co-founded the sports club “YuruSupo” and serve as its president. With 14 members enjoying activities like badminton, table tennis, and beach volleyball, we actively promote physical and mental well-being across our campus community.

My Dreams

Applying Business Analytics and Sustainable Business to Empower Nepal Career Aspiration: Business Analyst

Currently, I am working toward a career as a Business Analyst. I am passionate about understanding how organizations operate, identifying areas for growth, and creating strategic solutions to help businesses function more efficiently.

Long-Term Vision: Sustainable Business & Food Security in Nepal

My long-term dream is to leverage the knowledge and skills I gain at Eikei to contribute to the social and economic development of Nepal. Specifically, I aim to establish my own business focused on food products and staple grains.

With global food security facing growing environmental and geopolitical challenges, my goal is to help build a stable, sustainable food supply chain for communities in Nepal. By combining expertise in business, management, sustainable development, and regional growth, I want to create lasting opportunities and a positive impact for future generations.
