They also aim to increase the University’s recognition and communicate its appeal widely both on and off campus.
Main Activities
- Planning and designing official university goods
- Creating and managing promotional content for the official website, SNS, and university events
Program
- Student Brand Ambassador Appointment Ceremony
- Branding Training Session
During the ceremony, the President formally appointed the ambassadors and shared expectations for their future roles, including insights into the University’s branding and the responsibilities of Student Brand Ambassadors.
The University welcomed Mr. TAKADA Makoto, President of Authentics Co., Ltd. and former Head of Public Relations and Government Affairs at P&G, as a special lecturer for the branding session.

Appointment Ceremony
At the beginning of the ceremony, the President presented appointment certificates to three student representatives.
The President encouraged them with the message:
“Please embody our Key Message—Creating Shared Futures—and, as the face of the University, confidently take on new challenges while connecting with society.”
The students listened attentively, and their expressions reflected their commitment and determination toward their new roles.

Branding Training Session
In the branding session, Mr. TAKADA discussed themes such as “What is a brand?” and “How branding is built and communicated.”
Using familiar company and product examples, he provided explanations that resonated strongly with the students, helping them understand branding as something closer to their everyday lives.
During the Q&A session, students asked questions such as:
“How should we consciously create a brand image?”
In response, Mr. TAKADA shared a personal example of self-branding—
wearing blue shirts regularly to establish a consistent impression and sense of trust.
Students commented that his concrete, relatable example provided “tips we could put into practice ourselves.”

After the training, the newly appointed ambassadors received their business cards and immediately began practicing card exchanges.
Although nervous at first, they introduced themselves with smiles, showing a growing sense of identity as Student Brand Ambassadors.

Moving forward, Student Brand Ambassadors will share the appeal of Eikei University of Hiroshima with society through the unique viewpoints that only students can provide.
Please look forward to their future activities!
