Eikei University of Hiroshima will hold the Autumn Graduation Ceremony as follows:

  10:00 AM – 10:30 AM (Doors open at 9:30 AM)
  Please be seated by 9:45 AM.

• Venue:
  15th Floor, Eikei University of Hiroshima
  1-5 Nobori-cho, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City, Hiroshima 730-0016, Japan

• Notes:

  • Media coverage may take place during the ceremony.

  • Photography and video recording for university publicity purposes will be conducted during the event. Images and footage may be published on the university website and official social media platforms. 

Autumn Matriculation Ceremony

The Autumn Matriculation Ceremony will be held as follows:

• Date & Time:
  Monday, September 29, 2025
  10:00 AM – 10:30 AM (Doors open at 9:30 AM)
  Please be seated by 9:45 AM.
  

• Venue:
  15th Floor, Eikei University of Hiroshima
  1-5 Nobori-cho, Naka-ku, Hiroshima City, Hiroshima 730-0016, Japan

• Schedule Following the Ceremony:

  • 10:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Matriculation Ceremony

  • 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Lunch

  • 1:30 PM: Jump Start Workshop (Orientation for new students)

• Attire:
  There is no formal dress code for the Autumn Matriculation Ceremony. Please note that no changing facilities will be available on site.
