| Expanding My Horizons Through Practical Learning
After graduating from high school, I planned to study abroad to enhance my skills and broaden my horizons. During my search for a destination, I learned about Hiroshima and Eikei University of Hiroshima through the G7 Hiroshima Summit 2023 program. I was drawn to the university’s innovative approach to practical learning. The project-based learning environment, which encourages solving real-world problems from multiple perspectives, was incredibly appealing and perfectly aligned with my personal and career development goals.

| Thinking Beyond Boundaries in Management Strategy and Organization Theory
The most memorable course has been Management Strategy and Organization Theory. This class encouraged me to think outside the box and sparked my creativity. We didn’t just learn management theories; we actively practiced them through simulations. Through this experience, I developed the ability to analyze organizational structures and apply innovative strategies to overcome traditional business boundaries, fostering a mindset of flexibility and imagination.

| True Growth Happens in a Multicultural Environment
Through my studies at Eikei University of Hiroshima and participation in various activities, I realized that social issues do not have a single correct answer. One memorable experience was working on group projects with international students, where I learned that cultural differences lead to unique and creative ideas. I became a more flexible thinker, understanding that true growth comes from actively listening and collaborating in a multicultural environment.

After graduating, I plan to pursue graduate studies to further deepen my expertise. My ultimate goal is to return to my home country and build a career in research and policy management. I aspire to apply Strategy thinking and management skills I developed in Japan, and particularly at Eikei University of Hiroshima, to contribute to effective public policy formulation and the sustainable development of my country.
