Four Years of Meaningful Encounters

I initially aspired to become an architect due to my interest in architecture. However, I was unable to enter the academic program I had hoped for, which led me to reevaluate my future goals. During that time, my desire to become fluent in English grew stronger, and I chose Eikei University of Hiroshima for its environment where I could interact with international students and friends from abroad, and gain exposure to the wider world.

Upon entering university, I encountered far more diversity than I had expected. Through interactions with students, professors, and professionals from various backgrounds and perspectives, I felt my interests expanding. In particular, through internships and part-time jobs, I was introduced to the real estate industry. I became fascinated not only with “building structures” but also with “creating communities.” This led to a new goal: contributing to community revitalization through real estate.

After graduation, I hope to contribute to local communities through real estate. Specifically, I aim to address issues such as urban revitalization and vacant housing, and to help create safe and comfortable living environments where people can thrive.

To future students and juniors, I encourage you to make the most of university as a place for both learning and connection. By actively participating in off-campus activities such as internships and part-time jobs, in addition to your classes, you can engage with many people and expand your potential. These experiences will surely help broaden your future career options.
