Message
At life’s turning points, joy often comes with hardship and confusion. Drawing on management studies and clinical psychology, I work in both career development and mental health. With experience in a global company, I now combine teaching and research with running a counseling practice. Respecting diverse values, I aim to explore creative possibilities with individuals as they shape their own path toward the future.
Summary of the Research Undertaken
Focusing on career development and mental health, my research explores ways to help people live and work true to their values. Through counseling practice, I aim to promote personal growth and foster communities where individuals can draw on their strengths to support and learn from one another.
Research Themes
- Career development and mental health support for teachers
- School reform through the Solution-Focused Team Meeting Method (SFTMM)
- Prevention of abuse and support for personality development in elite sports education
- Development and implementation of an online version of the SFTMM
- Design and facilitation of programs to enhance parenting skills and empowerment
Details of the Research
My research explores how people can work and live in ways that reflect their own values, focusing on both career development and mental health. Integrating management and clinical psychology, I study how individuals grow while organizations and communities create supportive and empowering environments.
I am interested in how people face career transitions and life changes that may bring uncertainty or emotional difficulty. Through reflective dialogue and counseling practice, I examine ways to help individuals rediscover their strengths and envision new possibilities. My research and practice span various settings, including companies, schools, and sports organizations, where communication and psychological safety play key roles in learning and growth.
With experience in a global company and through operating a counseling practice, I value connecting theory with real-world practice. My goal is to develop approaches that foster both personal development and well-being, and to contribute to a society where people can express themselves, collaborate effectively, and create positive change together.
