Brief Abstract of Lecture:<\/strong>
Raised in a complex family environment, she left home at 20 and experienced diverse and unique jobs. After giving birth, she faced numerous hardships including power harassment, depression, and stillbirth. However, encountering \u201cStrengths Assessment\u201d became a turning point. She realized that what she took for granted was her talent, and changing her mindset transformed her life for the better. Driven by a desire to create a society where people can work and live vibrantly, she founded \u201cValue Standards. People Inc.\u201d in 2021. The company provides training and HR consulting centered around Strengths Assessment. Her training program boasts a 96% repeat rate. In this lecture, she will share her personal journey, explaining how discovering your strengths is the first step toward self-understanding and embracing challenges. She hopes to inspire students to envision their future with renewed hope!\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
